1. Service Description
Ardawo operates software platforms that generate and publish AI-produced short-form video content on behalf of authorized users. Our services integrate with third-party platforms, including but not limited to YouTube and TikTok, to distribute video content to accounts that users have explicitly authorized.
2. Account Authorization
To use our publishing features, you must authorize our application to access your third-party platform account(s) via OAuth 2.0. By granting authorization, you confirm that:
- You are the rightful owner of the connected account.
- You consent to our application posting content on your behalf.
- You may revoke access at any time through the respective platform's settings.
3. AI-Generated Content
All video content produced by our platform is generated using artificial intelligence. Videos published via our services are labeled as AI-generated in accordance with each platform's disclosure requirements. You acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing content before it is published to your accounts.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all content published through your authorized accounts.
- You must not use our services to publish content that violates any applicable laws or third-party platform policies.
- You must keep your account credentials and OAuth tokens secure.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your third-party platform accounts and any original materials you provide (such as reference images). AI-generated video content produced by our platform may be used freely on your authorized accounts. We do not claim ownership over content published to your accounts.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Content moderation actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g., video removal, account restrictions).
- Service interruptions caused by third-party API changes or outages.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time by revoking OAuth access through the respective platform settings.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
